Replacements in translatable strings can be positioned (%1$s, %2$s, ...) or string replacements (%name, %filename%, ...).

The latter form seems to cause issues for translations; since they're often translated. Using position parameters everywhere should make thinks more clear. It must be changed in both source code and translations, to prevent all strings to be marked as fuzzy because of that change.
