"php-di":http://php-di.org/ php-di:http://php-di.org/ provides some features ("autowiring":http://php-di.org/doc/autowiring.html (autowiring:http://php-di.org/doc/autowiring.html among other) that could be of interest for Galette. Slim in its version 4 no longer provides a container, and the current one - Pimple - seems no longer maintained. Autowiring would simplify a lot of things, and integration of php-di is a first step to Slim 4.
