The html2text lib used to automatically convert HTML emails into text ones is dead, an cause issues (see #1601 for example). An alternative would be bo to switch to: https://github.com/thephpleague/html-to-markdown Like explained here: https://symfony.com/doc/current/mailer.html#text-content
