Installer force GALETTE_MODE constant; this seems a bad idea; and seems not widely used finally (I only found one useful occurrence).

Indeed, it's impossible to define mode in behavior file (constant will be declared twice); and it may prevent grabbing additional data from DEV mode in case of trouble.
