Mailing recipients not reset

Description
When a mailing is create drom members list, then cancelled; and we createa new mailing from mailing management page; recipients selected the first time are still selected.
- Target version set to 1.0.0
- Version utilisée changed from 1.0.0 to 0.9.6.1
Selected members are stored in search filters, for each massive action used (not only mailings), and even if filters are changed afterwards (making selection possibily incoherent with current filter).
A better solution would be to rely on filter for each massive action rather than "global" members filter, but that would require quite a lot of changes; I have to investigate/test.
